RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
*You must have original receipt*
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
If you want to make a return, the item must be unused/unworn,
and in sell-able condition.
Warranty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
There will be no returns on supplements, bottled products, vaccines, earrings, and bits.
There will be no returns on any items from our sale room. No exceptions.
Saddles must be returned within 5 days (trial period).
SPECIAL ORDERS
When special ordering a product that we carry in store, please be advised that the prices may be different.
Sale prices cannot be applied to special orders.
Special ordering a product that we do not carry in store is non-returnable.
A 50% deposit must be left for such items.
